Mathracy Project – Year 1
The MATHRACY Project Goes ARTistic held on the 11th May 2016 at the Lunzjata Valley. The aim of this event was to engage students in hands on mathematics, literacy and creative arts while promoting reasoning and higher order thinking skills outside the classroom. Parents were invited for the meeting and actively participate during workshops with the students.
Special Unit students visit Dreams of Horses Farm
Dreams of Horses Farm provide horse-assisted activities to children and adults with physical, social and emotional difficulties. Its mission is to inspire people to advance to their highest potential by incorporating horses into therapeutic and learning programs. At Dreams of Horses Farm, horses are introduced into unique experiences designed around the specific needs of the participants.
