This activity took place in collaboration with FKNK

Students with the help of their teachers took turns in this Seasonal Activity. A net was placed underneath the trees. They used a rake to gently dislodge the olives which were then hand picked by the students. Olives were then taken to be processed ending up with 4 litres of pure organic olive oil which will be given as gifts to visitors who will ve visiting our school. Some of the olives picked were out into jars.

Our school through the Eco-School Committee is participating in the GLOBE Malta Europe Direct Gozo Air Quality Campaign. Every morning our students are collecting data on the amount of different vehicles which pass from Sannat Road. This will be an ongoing process for the coming four weeks. Data will then be analysed and compared with other neighbouring schools.

Margherita Xuereb and Sue Pisani presented our school’s project about the protection of life under water during EkoSkola parliamentary session.
