The International Day of Women and Girls in Science is a special day that is celebrated all around the world on February 11th. Our Year 5 students, together with their teachers, helped us understand that this day is all about celebrating and honouring the achievements of women and girls in the field of science and also to raise awareness about the importance of having more women and girls participate in science.
