The third transnational meeting was held in Riga between the 6th and 10th May 2019. Assistant head Ms Victoria Cassar and teachers Ms Joanne Sultana and Ms Karen Attard participated in these meetings. These meetings focused on evaluating the work done during the course of this project as well as the participation of each partner school to prepare the TNT Guidebook and the final report. Year 5 students Meagan Vella and Hailey Ballucci stayed with a host family. It was an amazing experience for them. They had a taste of how students and families from a different culture spend their days at school and at home. At school, they joined lessons and activities and also went on a day trip to the the ethnographic open-air museum of Latvia and Laima Chocolate factory museum. At home with the host family, they played games, watched TV (particularly a game of Hockey and supported the Latvian team), joined the family during training at the local swimming pool, went to the zoo and visited the Old City of Riga.
