Mental Health Awareness Day

On this Mental Health Awareness Day, let’s take a moment to reflect on the importance of mental well-being. Mental health is as vital as physical health, yet it’s often overlooked or stigmatized. Today, let’s remind ourselves and others that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether through therapy, support from friends, or personal practices like mindfulness, taking care of our mental health is essential. Reach out, check in with loved ones, and remember, it’s okay not to be okay. Together, we can break the silence and create a world where mental health matters for all. 💚

Dyslexia Awareness Day

On this Dyslexia Awareness Day, let’s take a moment to recognize the unique strengths and creativity of individuals with dyslexia. Dyslexia is not a limitation, but a different way of processing the world. By raising awareness, fostering understanding, and offering support, we can create a more inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

St. Francis of Assisi – Blessing of Our Pets

In occasion of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, we celebrated the Blessing of Our Pets during this morning’s assembly. Our students brought all kinds of pets, such as dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, ponies, fish, and even an exotic reptile. Others brought photos of their pets. We encourage our students to care for their pets and all animals with kindness and respect.
