EGG-DROP SCIENCE INVESTIGATION BY OUR YEAR 6 STUDENTS

The students had to investigate ways how an egg could be safely dropped from a two-storey building without cracking. The students had to design and build models which could hold the raw eggs while they were being dropped from the building. The aim of the activity was to investigate the properties of air resistance and gravity by evaluating the effectiveness of each model built by the students.

DECATHLON SPORTING STARS CONTEST

A day of celebration at Gozo College Sannat Primary School & Special Unit. For 30 minutes the whole school came to a standstill to follow the presentation of certificates and gifts to the 23 learners, who week after week represented the school in 10 different performances in this event with two of them also making it to the semi finals. Well done to the school administration, members of staff, learners and parents/guardians for such a mega effort. We are proud to be the only school from Gozo to go so far in this competition. Hard work pays off!
