DISSEMINATING OUR KNOWLEDGE AND GOOD PRACTICES IN LATVIA
Head of school Ms Pauline Grech and Ms Joanne Sultana were the main speakers and led workshops during a seminar on autism. This seminar was held in Riga, Latvia on Saturday 22nd February 2020.

CLICKER 7 COURSE FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM
A group of parents attended a Clicker 7 course at the Special Unit to be able to use this software at home with their children. This software is a learning tool which facilitates literacy, numeracy and communication skills. During the course Ms Pauline Grech disseminated information and experience about the course held in the UK as part of the project ‘Dealing with Autism in Gozo 2’.

Ms Joanne Sultana represented our school and prepared a presentation about the work done at Sannat Special Unit including information about the Erasmus+ project ‘ Dealing with Autism in Gozo 2’
ERASMUS+ PROJECT COMPETITION
The year 5 children drew logos for the new Erasmus project which started this September. The children had to vote for the best 2 logos. The three best logos that were chosen will now be sent to all the partner schools in Europe. Three logos from each country together with ours will have a chance to be the chosen logo for this Erasmus project titled Europeans together for Earth – E.T.E. Watch Video ->

Europeans Together For Earth Logo
Our Year 5 students at Sannat Primary & Special Unit designed a logo each for the Erasmus+ project ‘ Europeans Together for Earth’ . A vote was taken to choose the best 3. They took this project seriously and loved working on it. This video shows all the work that was carried out by our pupils.
